The project will reduce primary energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. It contributes to Lithuania’s climate objectives, a clean and fair energy transition, the circular economy, climate adaptation and risk management, while addressing air pollution and efficient resource use.

As energy consumption grows, the company is assessing how energy can be used more efficiently.

Global expectations around sustainable consumption also encourage the adoption of equipment, technologies and processes that protect the environment and reduce emissions.

Following an energy audit, the company plans to implement a technological solution that will improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in production processes by at least 30%.

The project is implemented under activity “Increasing energy efficiency in industrial companies” of progress measure No. 05-001-01-04-02 “Encouraging companies to transition towards a climate-neutral economy” within the 2021–2027 European Union Funds Investment Programme.
